Gordon Hartogensis: CEO |
|
|
In 1993, Mr. Hartogensis and two associates
from Stanford founded Petrolsoft, a software company that develops
supply chain software for the petroleum industry. In 1998 and
1999, Petrolsoft was listed in the Inc. 500 as one of the fastest
growing small companies in the US. In 2000, Petrolsoft was sold to
Aspen Technology. Mr. Hartogensis worked for Aspen as a Divisional
Vice President for 2 years, guiding his division to continued
profitability and transitioning the Petrolsoft domain knowledge
and customer relationships to Aspen’s management. Prior to
Petrolsoft, Mr. Hartogensis worked for Credit Suisse in New York
as a junior currency dealer. Mr. Hartogensis holds a BS degree in
computer science from Stanford University. |

Jean Pierre Benatar: CFO |
|
|
Mr. Benatar designed and
implemented cost cutting and sales growth initiatives while
working as a turnaround specialist with Zolfo Cooper and American
Capital. Prior to his successful turnaround career, Mr. Benatar
combined his entrepreneurial vision with his computer background,
co-founding ITH Ltd., an Internet Games company. He guided the
company to profitability and sold the operation 6 years later to
Stanley Leisure Ltd., a large UK based public company. Before ITH
Ltd., Mr. Benatar worked at Price Waterhouse (New York) where he
performed audits of small business and Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Benatar received a BSE from the Wharton School of Business
where he majored in accounting and finance. He earned his MBA at
the Anderson Graduate School of Business at UCLA with a
concentration in Entrepreneurial Management. He holds a
certification in Public Accounting (CPA) from the State of
California. |
